Terms of Payment & Cancellation Policy

Terms of Payment

Most common type of payment is Cash Payment on the spot (with receipt). Another possible form of payment is Proforma invoice (payment in advance). After agreeing on the price, and providing us with necessary ID information, you will receive an e-mail with a proforma invoice and a payment order with all necessary data, so that you can complete the payment comfortably.

Cancellation Policy

Bad weather can find you anywhere during outdoor activities. It is possible to cancel the trip without fee up until the boarding day, at 8am latest. Acceptable reasons are: heavy rain, high water level, flood alert, very cold weather, or illness. Due to the responsibility for the participants, senior instructor Milan Masák reserves the right to cancel the trip for the same reasons. If the group, without advance notice, does not arrive at the appointed date&time the full price will be charged.

Note

We do not cancel the trip in case of moderate weather or occasional showers (unless it is too cold). Rafting is an outdoor activity and the participants are supposed to wear warm&waterproof clothes. Rafters are not made of sugar:-) It is not our intention to go at all costs. However, if your reason for cancellation does not correspond to the above-mentioned, the only possible option is to reschedule the trip (there are not many dates available during the high season, though). In that case, we will do our best to meet your requirements. Thank you for your understanding.
